Online Return Policy

We're happy to offer returns if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase. You can choose to receive store credit, an exchange, or a refund. Here are the details:

  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition.
  • Resized items, custom projects, special orders, items bought at trunk shows, are final sale.
  • All international orders are final sale.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Sale items (those marked down) are final sale.
  • Exchanged items and those purchased with store credit are final sale.
  • Exchanges may incur additional taxes or a balance due.

To request a return or exchange for an online purchase, please email us at hello@shop-aurum.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’re here to help! If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out.

We do not offer returns on the following: soaps, candles, perfumes, incense, oils, apothecary products, or custom jewelry pieces.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, packages. We recommend shipping with UPS or FedEx for higher value orders. 

 

In Store Return Policy

- All items must be in original unworn condition and have it's original packaging. We offer returns, exchanges, or store credit within 7 days of purchase from receipt of the item. We are happy to extend our return deadline if your purchase is a gift. 

- All sale items are final sale

- We do not offer returns on the following: soaps, candles, perfumes, incense, oils, apothecary products, or custom pieces. 

- All permanent jewelry is final sale

- Exchanges and items that are processed with store credit are final sale
