Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. You should expect an email within 3-5 days to let you know your order is on the way! 

STORE PICKUP: Orders can be picked up daily during open hours at 47 W. 11th Avenue, Denver, CO 80204. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 days. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipped within the continental United States. We also offer priority, two day shipping, and overnight shipping as well. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Aurum Jewelry is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We recommend using FedEx or UPS when shipping higher value items. If you ship USPS, you are responsible for filing a claim if there is an issue. 

REFUNDS,RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@shop-aurum.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
