Oroboros Ring

The Ouroboros is an ancient symbol that depicts a serpent eating its own tail. The ouroboros entered Western tradition via ancient Egyptian iconography and the Greek magical tradition. It was adopted as a symbol in Gnosticism and Hermeticism and most notably in alchemy. This symbol has roots in cultures around the world, on nearly every continent. 

This ring is a celebration and acknowledgement of the importance of this symbol. Due to the way it’s created, sizes 4-8 are the only available sizes. If your ring size falls outside this range, please get in touch to see what your options are.

This ring is made with 100% recycled sterling silver, which was brightly finished to best emphasize the texture of the serpent’s scales.
